1. Seller

When you purchase from this store, your contract is with Dohar Co. Ltd. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and payment services but is not the seller of the ebook.

2. The product

Cook Better, Waste Less — The Complete Home Kitchen Manual is a downloadable PDF ebook. It is supplied digitally; no physical product is shipped. Your purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.

The product page describes the current edition, contents, price and any genuine promotion available at the time of purchase. The final total, including any applicable tax, is shown before you place the order.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the download link is displayed electronically and sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate. If your link does not arrive or the file cannot be opened, email hanayoshida.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a fresh link or working file.

4. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read the ebook on your devices and print a copy for your own use.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, publicly upload, reproduce in bulk, remove copyright notices from, or distribute the ebook or any substantial portion of it. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Dohar Co. Ltd and its licensors.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee. To request it, email hanayoshida.support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies in your country, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.

6. Informational content and safety

The ebook provides general cooking, cleaning, storage and household information. It is not medical, nutritional, pest-control, electrical, appliance-repair or other professional advice.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer laws or courts available to you in the country where you live.
